With a background in the construction industry and a passion for real estate, Lila brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as her team’s Managing Broker. Specializing in Residential, Land Development Ranches and Commercial , Lila's experience extends to restoring properties to their former beauty.
Following a life-changing accident in 2013, Lila seized the opportunity to study real estate, which ultimately led her to become an Associate Broker. A lifelong resident of Utah, Lila has a deep understanding of the local market, community, and its people. Committed to giving back, she believes in supporting the community that has shaped her.
Alongside her professional pursuits, Lila is a dedicated wife and mother of three, and a new grandmother, accompanied by her Akita and rescued Frenchie. She has also expanded her knowledge through education, obtaining an Associate's degree in Business Management and Finances, as well as holding licenses in various fields including loan officer, life and medical insurance, and medical billing.
As an Associate Broker with Century 21 Everest, Lila holds multiple designations, such as CRB, ABR, SRS, MRP, CCA, and C-RETS. Actively involved in the real estate community, she belongs to all the major MLS across the state including SLC Board of Realtors the Summit Board of Realtors and the Washington County Board of Realtor, striving to bring a higher level of education and expertise to benefit her clients.
